Official Closures: If the authorities (Port Authority or Civil Defense) issue a "red flag" or close the port due to high swells or storms, all affected water tours are immediately suspended.

Our Call: Even if authorities haven't closed the port, if our expert guides determine that conditions are not optimal for your safety or comfort, we will postpone the activity.
What Happens if Your Tour is Canceled?
If a tour cannot proceed due to bad weather or safety concerns, we offer two main solutions:

Easy Rescheduling: We will look for the next available slot that fits your schedule. Most tropical showers pass quickly, and we can often move your adventure to the following day.

Full Refund: If your vacation is ending and rescheduling is not an option, you are entitled to a full refund for the canceled activity. No hidden fees, no stress.
Tropical Rain vs. Bad Weather
It is important to note that a short tropical drizzle does not necessarily mean a cancellation. Many of our adventures, like the Buggy or ATV tours, are even more fun with a little mud! We only cancel when the weather poses a risk to safety or significantly degrades the quality of the experience (like heavy storms for catamaran trips).
