Cancellation & Refund Policy: The 24-Hour Rule

At EasyCana, we understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. Flights get rescheduled, health happens, and sometimes destinations change. Our "Tropical Ease" philosophy extends to our policies, providing you with a fair and transparent framework so you can book with total confidence.

Transfers & Tours: The 24-Hour Window

For the vast majority of our services, including airport transfers and standard excursions, we offer a very flexible cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, or "No-Shows," are non-refundable. At this stage, our vehicles, drivers, and guides have already been assigned and dispatched specifically for you.

Special Exceptions: Hotels & Events

Please note that certain high-complexity services have different rules:

  • Events & Weddings: As detailed in our event contracts, deposits for weddings and group coordination are non-refundable due to the immediate commitment of vendors and resources.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

We don't believe in making you wait for your money. Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

  • Provider Speed: The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider’s internal processing speeds.

Pro-Tip: If your flight is canceled by the airline, most travel insurance policies will cover your non-refundable transfer or tour costs. Always ask your airline for a "Statement of Cancellation" to help with your insurance claim! 🌴
