Transfers & Tours: The 24-Hour Window
For the vast majority of our services, including airport transfers and standard excursions, we offer a very flexible cancellation policy:

Full Refund: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, or "No-Shows," are non-refundable. At this stage, our vehicles, drivers, and guides have already been assigned and dispatched specifically for you.
Special Exceptions: Hotels & Events
Please note that certain high-complexity services have different rules:
- Events & Weddings: As detailed in our event contracts, deposits for weddings and group coordination are non-refundable due to the immediate commitment of vendors and resources.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
We don't believe in making you wait for your money. Once a refund is approved:

Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
