Special Exceptions: Hotels & Events Please note that certain high-complexity services have different rules: - Events & Weddings: As detailed in our event contracts, deposits for weddings and group coordination are non-refundable due to the immediate commitment of vendors and resources. How Long Does a Refund Take? We don't believe in making you wait for your money. Once a refund is approved: - Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. - Provider Speed: The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider’s internal processing speeds.
